Inmanta builds the hyperautomation software for telecom operators and service providers to scale their network and service operations. We are passionate about transforming the way our customers operate and manage their network and IT infrastructure, for example B2B & wholesale connectivity, private 5G networks and FTTH. We deliver mission-critical services lightning fast and maximize operational efficiency through 100% automation. 


The role

As a hands-on and results-oriented Partner Manager, you join our growing commercial team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with strategic B2B partners to drive business growth and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

  1. ​Build and Execute Strategic Partnership Program:
    • Analyze market trends and identify potential partners that strategically align with Inmanta's goals.
    • Build, implement and own our partnership program to expand market reach and revenue opportunities.
    • Establish clear partnership objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  2. Onboard and Manage Partner Relationships:
    • Identify and onboard new partners, ensuring a smooth integration process.
    • Manage and nurture ongoing partner relationships, fostering open communication and collaboration.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to partners, providing ongoing support and resources to maximize mutual success.
  3. Drive Partner Growth and Success:
    • Track and analyze partner performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
    • Develop and implement co-marketing initiatives to drive joint business growth.
  4. Manage internal stakeholders:
    • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, presales, product management etc.) to ensure a seamless partner experience.


What we value

Qualifications
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in partnership development, strategic account management, or a related role in software product companies
  • Strong understanding of B2B channel sales and telecom ecosystem
  • Proven ability to build and maintain successful B2B partnerships that drive growth
  • Having a relevant partner connection network in place is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
