Inmanta is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Partner Manager to join our growing commercial team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with key partners to drive business growth and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.


Main responsibilities 

1. Build and Execute Partnership Program:

  •  Analyze market trends and identify potential partners that strategically align with Inmanta's goals.
  • Build, implement and own a comprehensive partnership program to expand market reach and revenue opportunities.
  • Establish clear partnership objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

2.  Onboard and Manage Partner Relationships:

  • Identify and onboard new partners, ensuring a smooth integration process.
  • Manage and nurture ongoing partner relationships, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners, providing ongoing support and resources to maximize their success.
     

 3.  Onboard and Manage Partner Relationships:

  • Track and analyze partner performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and implement co-marketing initiatives to drive joint business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, presales, product management etc.) to ensure a seamless partner experience.

What we value

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in partnership development, strategic account management, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of B2B channel sales and telecom ecosystem
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with external partners
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on measuring and reporting on results
